Janette is a CACHE certified Newborn Care Specialist, International Nanny Association Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Infant Feeding Specialist, Elite NCS – Year one complete and is currenting wrapping up training for Certified Lactation Consultant. Janette started out as a nanny and after over 20 years as a nanny, decided to specialize with newborns. She has a
Bachelor’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America, a Bachelor degree in Biology from Russell Sage College as well as an Associate degree in Pre-Nursing from The King’s College.
Janette’s love of learning has continued with her Newborn Care interests. She has taken many classes about infant care and development navigate their roles as baby grows is the focus.
Janette believes that all babies are unique individuals, and they deserve the best care available.
Janette has taken the RIE foundations course and practices respectful care. Janette loves sharing her knowledge of infant care and empowering new parents to thrive in their confidence while caring for their new addition to their family.
Assisting new parents with the guidance they need to successfully navigate their roles as baby grows is my focus.
Janette has experience with twins, preemies, reflux, colic, allergies, torticollis, and eczema. Janette loves a good challenge and is willing to help facilitate baby’s growth in any way needed. Babies have been my passion and calling for as long as I can remember.
